Our trip to Slovenia was a culinary adventure like no other! Ava worked closely with us to create an itinerary that focused on the rich flavors of Slovenian cuisine. We started in Ljubljana, where we took a private cooking class with a local chef who taught us how to make traditional dishes like potica and jota. It was hands-on and so much fun! The highlight was a wine-tasting tour in the picturesque Vipava Valley, where our guide Tine introduced us to some fantastic local wines paired with gourmet food. Each meal was a celebration of Slovenian culture, and we left with not only full bellies but also new cooking skills! I can't recommend this experience enough for food lovers.
